The AutoValet began in 1991 when Les Houpt was asked by a local philanthropist to provide upscale valet parking service for a major arts entity's fundraising event.  Many of these types of gatherings are held at various venues throughout the area most of which offer situations where parking is neither close by or not central to the location. The desire was to craft a service catering to these benefactors, donors and their guests.  By providing an excellent experience from arrival to departure  this provider needed to be beyond the "cookie-cutter" services of  the common valet company.

Thus, The AutoValet was created.

The AutoValet experience is to provide prompt attention to detail as the guests arrive. Opening each door, offering a gentlemanly hand to a lady exiting the motorcar, and assisting the gentleman with his jacket at formal affairs.

The AutoValet is made up of a team of over 60 non smoking adult professionals with years of hospitality, logistics, and exceptional guest service experience.  With a core management team of 7 team leaders, Les has surrounded himself with the very best in this business.  These leaders have developed The AutoValet's best practices and reputation and do so with each event we serve.

The AutoValet doesn't charge an hourly fee, rather we arrive well in advance of the start to be prepared for the earliest guests to arrive, and remain until the last guest departs.
